Thank you so much for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if for any legitimate reason you are’nt completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURN COST

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.Once the products are received an assessment will made and if a refund is due, $ shipping costs will be deducted and the remaining funds returned to your original mode of Payment.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return transit. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.Please include these details in your return request email. This receipt will be found in a previous email received from info@lellinelli.com

14-21 DAYS RETURN PERIOD

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging before 21 days are over f or International Shipping and 14 days for Australian Shipping. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You are eligible for a refund to your original payment method within 21 days if you have your original receipt or proof of purchase. We will not exchange your items if you don't have proof of purchase. The items must be in their original sale condition. Earrings, body piercing products and hair accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged. Contact us when you need to return or exchange a product.

DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL GOODS

If the goods arrive to you damaged please email info@lellinelli.com immediately, send the product to us unused in its original packaging including the postal box and a refund or exchange of goods will be issued immediately you receive the product back.
